hi. my name is gordon beech, and i am a 19-year-old college drop out
from deadwood, texas. yes, that's right, my home town is actually
called deadwood, and i know it because i still live in this pitiful place.
but this page is not really about me. it is about girls.
for the last seven years, i have been an active stalker of girls i have crushes on. sometimes i follow them around. sometimes i do detective work and find out all about them. i have never done anything bad or mean to the girls i worship. i just like to know all about them. it started in junior high school. i was in love with a girl named jennifer anderson, and she was my only reason for being alive. jennifer was a year older than me, so we never really had any classes together, but one time we had a conversation about my math teacher, because she had him the year before and she overheard me mumbling my schedule to myself as i tried to memorize it. she said "he's a fucker." it was beautiful. so i started keeping track of her classes, her boyfriends, her locker combination, her social security number (actually, i don't even think she knew this)... eventually she spurned me and her parents called my parents and i had to stop, but the foundation was laid for life-long career. but those days were so sophomoric and care free. now stalking has really become a serious part of my life. this home page has been created as a tribute and temple to the women i love and have loved.

i am currently keeping tabs on annie daniels. she is the most
beautiful creature on god's green earth. she is 5'4" tall with gorgeous red
hair and a smile that could melt cruella deville's heart. that is the
villain from 101 dalmations, in case you were wondering. anyway,
annie's hair is not really red hair like carrots but more like a soft
auburn-brownish-red. she is radiant.
annie works at track 5, which is where i go to buy cds here in deadwood. she has the coolest taste in music. she listens to all the same things i listen to. well, she does now that i started listening to the things she listens to. she buys one cd every week, and never buys more because she likes to listen to the new one for the rest of the week; of course, she still listens to her other ones, but she knows if she bought more than one cd each week, she wouldn't really be able to keep up with herself. i wish i had that kind of discipline, but, honestly, sometimes i buy like five or six cds in one week, and then i have to dig up change from the couch cushions to eat. besides her music, which rocks, annie is into all sorts of other cool stuff. she goes to plays a lot, which is something i always wished i was cultured enough to do, but i got bored really fast the two times i went to see plays, so i stopped going. even though deadwood is lame, we have a pretty good local theatre scene, or at least that's what annie said when she was talking to her friend jacob at work the other day. she usually goes to sunday matinees because they are cheaper and annie is trying to pay her way through college. about college, annie is getting a degree in art history, which i can't imagine will be very useful, but i'll bet annie can make anything out of nothing, so even if it's nothing she'll do fine. she has lots of artwork in her apartment, too. annie likes monet and van gogh a lot. there are other ones but they are harder for me to remember because i've never heard of them.

okay, so it's been a while since i updated this page. let me just say that
this isn't because i'm lazy. well, okay, it is. i've been busy. you will
be happy to note that i am still crazy about annie.
annie doesn't work at track 5 anymore. she has a new job now at an ice cream shop, which i think is much cooler, because i can go in and get ice cream, which i like. i usually get chocolate. some people say i'm boring, but one time annie told the guy she works with (drew) that she doesn't really get all these "hip new flavors that don't even taste like ice cream." man, she's so incredible.

i've gotten a few e-mails from people who have asked if i've ever gotten
any dates with the girls i stalk. at first this pissed me off and i was
really upset about it. but then i realized that i need to come clean or i
can never really love myself, and i was reading in the advice column that
this is very important. so the truth is no i've never had a date
with any of the girls. i've never had a date at all, really, unless you
want to count the time i went to see indiana jones and the temple of
doom with my second cousin jean.
anyway, feel free to jump on the bandwagon and send me mail. the address is below, and i usually check it every week or two. speaking of e-mail, i got a message a while back from someone who said there is another guy named gordon beech and that he sells condominiums in england. i don't think it's very likely that we're related, since no one from my family has ever left deadwood, as far as i know, and i can't imagine any englishman in his right mind ever came here and stayed.

the big news about annie right is that she is no longer dating garret.
about seven months ago (it was actually january 12th) she met this guy
garret in one of her classes, and they hit it off. this sucked so hard for me.
they were together all the time. i kept wondering what she saw in him. he got
drunk all the time, and then he just treated her like crap. but it's okay now,
because they broke up. i'm guessing she probably said something beautiful and
smart, and told him all about how she deserves someone who appreciates her for
the artist she is, for the goodness in her heart.
man, i can't wait till i get up the nerve to ask her out. it's gonna be so sweet.
